We have gathered an outstanding group of Uechi instructors as well as a number of fantastic instructors with expertise in Silat, Jui-Jitsu, and other martial art styles for those interested in cross-training.
Master’s Testing
Observe this year’s group of candidates as they test for their master ranks and titles. The master’s test is a great opportunity to witness high level karate and to learn from students with decades of experience.
Black Belt Diploma Ceremony
Celebrate this year’s class of black belt graduates from the Uechiryu Butokukai. Friends and family are encouraged to join in support of their loved ones!
UechiCon Banquet
The UechiCon Banquet is where the best of the best (both future and present!) come together to celebrate.
Simply put, our event is for motivated practitioners of Uechiryu who are eager to gain a deeper understanding of their art, who are ready and willing to train hard and get an incredible workout, and who are excited to be around others who have the same love for Uechiryu. Training at our event is all encompassing. Our presenters are selected to enrich the mind, body, and spirit of each student. Our goal is for all of our participants to complete each seminar more excited about their training and eager to learn more. We know that with UechiCon, you will have gained a deeper knowledge and social bonds that can only come from sincere karate training. We can't wait to see you there!
Who is Uechi-Con for?
2024 UECHICON LOCATION
2023 Uechi-Con will take place in Manchester, NH at the Manchester DoubleTree by Hilton. This location offers 20,000 sq ft of training space, including an 11,000 sq ft hardwood training area. Freshly remodeled, the hotel is only fifteen minutes from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport and has multiple local attractions all within walking distance.
