Master Candidates
Witness an event that is decades in the making!
On Friday, September 5th, Master Candidates will complete the final portion of their testing. This will be performed in front of live audience, while being live streamed.
In addition, the candidates will be performing in front of a panel comprising of the Judans of Uechi and Kudan (9th degree black belts) of the Uechiryu Butokukai!
6:00pm - All candidates will meet in the Armory for a rehearsal and practice
6:30pm - The Armory will open for spectators
7:00pm - The Master’s test will begin.
8:00pm - we will be in the other end of the Armory for refreshments and a few toasts!
Anyone who wishes to watch the Master’s Testing, both physically and virtually is more than welcome to. We are asking everyone who is planning on watching the test to register with the form to the right so that we can make sure we have enough seating.
