Christopher Rappold holds a 7th Degree Black Belt and is a Five-Time World Karate Champion. 

As an active community leader, Mr. Rappold continues to extend his  positive influence not only in the schools, but also throughout the community. He as facilitated the Done with Bullying Program in 33 public and private elementary, junior high and High Schools.  

In 2007 he founded Personal Best Charity a non profit which focuses on lending assistance to the most vulnerable in our community through its Thanksgiving "Turkey Brigade" its Good Citizen Scholarships and its assistance to preventing domestic abuse.  

His and his teams efforts have been recognized locally with many community service awards and  nationally by being selected by the United Way to be an Olympic Torch Bearer and having a  U.S. Flag flown over the U.S. Capital and the US constitution by Senator John Kerry in his honor.

He graduated college with a degree in Exercise Science and within two months founded Personal Best Karate a multi location organization committed to helping its students become principle based black belt leaders in mind, body and spirit.  

He is a teacher, speaker, author and has been the Executive Director of Team Paul Mitchell Karate since 2011  He is the proud father of two daughters.

Seminar Details: Mr. Rappold created the Retention Based Sparring in partnership with Century Martial arts.  Its techniques and methodologies are used by hundreds of schools across the country.  The focus of his seminar will be how to teach, improve and practice your sparring skills using drills and concepts that will allow you to get better faster with much more safety.
