9th Dan - Uechiryu Karate

Master John Spencer is an 9th degree black belt and has been training since September 1963. He started teaching in 1968 and has been operating a dojo in Connecticut continuously since. He started his training under George Mattson and his current Sensei as a member of the North America Kenyukai is Kiyohide Shinjo. He has hosted numerous seminars and has made several trips to Okinawa.
