Laura Barchard found her love of martial arts as a teenager. Intrigued by martial arts- it's culture, community, and benefits she knew this passion was going to be part of her life forever. Fast forward 22 years and she is the Director of Professional Martial Arts Academy and a martial arts consultant. She strives to live her life by the values of martial arts and to pass those virtues down to the next generation.
