9th Dan - Uechiryu Karate

Sensei Tracy Rose is a 9th Degree Black Belt who began his Uechi training in 1972. For the past 50 years he has been developing every aspect of his art. He has been to Okinawa to study and compete in the All Okinawan Sparring Championship. He is renowned for his teaching excellence, bunkai (interpretation of kata), and real-world application of Sanchin.Sensei Rose opened his dojo in June 1993 in Northborough, MA where he continues to teach and produce top quality Black Belt students along with his son Ty (Yondan).

Our seminar will be: Incorporating Uechi combatives into your personal training

We will cover , time permitting, sanchin( structure and implementation of that structure) , kata (with applications to illustrate concept), kumite, and conditioning.

All Uechi students are invited.  This time is your time so please bring lots of questions!
