Sid would like to share the insight he has gained mixing and combining the movements, theory and energies of the Hapki/Aiki arts with his love of Uechi-Ryu. Specifically the amazing Wa-Uke block and its ability to trap, isolate and deliver the limbs of an attacker into joint locks following the circular movement initiated by the wa-uke itself.
